Blogging Tools & Resources

On this page you'll find all my recommended blogging tools & resources for creating a successful blog or business.

All of the tools listed below are blogging tools that I personally use or have used to build this website and some of my other websites.  Some of the resources below contain affiliate links.  If you decide to click through to a website through my link, I will earn a small commission!  It costs you nothing extra (and in some cases my links will save you money).

I appreciate all your support and hope that you'll find some of these tools useful!

Siteground hosting

Siteground is my recommended WordPress hosting service for beginners.  It's the best and highest rated hosting for the price.  I personally have Siteground blogs and the performance and service is great.  You cannot go wrong with Siteground hosting.

You can learn more about how to start your blog with Siteground in my course: How to Start a Blog.

KWFinder by Mangools is the Keyword Research tool that I use.  There are other good options out there as well including: Moz Keyword Explorer, SEM Rush, and of course Google Keyword Planner.

I've tried and tested almost all the keyword research tools out there and I really like the interface of KWFinder – and the price.  It's one of the most affordable blogging tools, and it also comes with SERPWatcher, SERPChecker, and LinkMiner with a Basic membership (which are all VERY useful tools that I use as well).

Ninja Outreach is a great blogging tool for connecting with other influencers or bloggers.  One of the best ways to increase traffic through SEO is by link building.  The best link you can get is an in article link from another authority blog.

Ninja Outreach makes it easy to search for specific blog articles online and easily reach out to the writers via email.  Start building relationships, sharing content, and looking for opportunities to guest post.  You can also use their chrome extension to gather email addresses from websites to reach out to the owner!

ConvertKit is the email marketing platform I personally use.  I have used Mailchimp and tested out some other platforms like Drip and Constant Contact, but I like the powerful features that ConvertKit offers for automation, sequences, and subscriber tags.  It's one of if not the best email marketing platform I've seen for bloggers or small business owners.

I personally use Leadpages to build custom landing pages for EBooks, Guides, Handouts, Printables, Freebies, and other things to build your email list.  This page for my free EBook Top 3 Ways to Increase Traffic is built using Leadpages.

They have an amazing interface that is easy to use.  There are also a lot of great pre made landing pages and leadboxes that you can quickly customize to make your own.  It works seemlessly with ConvertKit and other email marketing platforms and syncs very nicely to your WordPress blog with their included plugin.
